I'm looking for some good classical music, especially any that has had an effect on some of the neoclassical metal bands. Now I usually listen to death metal and some neoclassical stuff I experience would be the album Hatebreeder by Children of Bodom or the solos on the album Dechristianize by Vital Remains. Of course, it doesn't have to have an effect on metal, as long as its good. Also if you could be specific since most classical composers made hundreds and hundreds of pieces. I went looking for some Bach recently and came back with at least 10 cds, and started out by taking nearly 20. Thanks in advance!

In my view, what influences the neoclassicists in metal the most are the gents like Paganini and Verdi.
