Good Jazz guitarists?

Ever since i started learning guitar about 2 months ago, ive grown a newer, even more profound appreciation for good guitarists(ie Ron Jarzombek and Jason Becker). Sadly, i dont know many good Jazz guitarists. The only one ive heard is Al Di Meola, the spanish-ish jazz guitarist. Anyone have any suggestions?

Shaun (Sean? Shawn?) Lane is pretty good, he's fast as hell. One of his albums (Power of 10, or something like that) is pretty mellow, no fast stuff, but I've got another one (dunno what it's called), and the playing is insane.

Of course Holdsworth...Ive been up to nada, Mike sorta left the band and wants to do R&B and emo stuff, so we are now reduced to an instrumental 3 piece in the vein of Mahavishnu/King Crimson/Shakti etc etc...So yeah I guess you were righta bout Mike. Oh yeah, and I am now dating that girl I introduced to you the Opeth show, the short one, that was there with us at Mannys...hehe.

I dunno too many good jazz guitarists, but some cool jazz artists to check out are Dave Pike, Jack McDuff, Sam Rivers, etc.
