Death was a remarkably consistent, great band. Hard to pick the best of their albums. Sound of Perseverance is my favorite but there are several close seconds.

Augury - Concealed

Tried it... the female vocals are pretty awful but it is a decent enough album. I doubt if it beats the rest of your choices though.

The jazzy interludes would obviously be liked by the opeth fans.
