Grover Tuners

Ok, I got my Grover Tuners today to replace the ones on my les paul, however these are the screw in bushes not the push in, is there any easy way to take the bushes out of the headstock of my les paul to replace them with the grover ones, since these are glued in

I've got em on my gibson.. never failed me once, even after 2 years now, they still keep the strings in tune very nicely...
