The baby should be given or adopted to somehow who could take care of them decently if the parents are not fit. I don't think someone is born undersirable.

Aslong as the person was not raised with a mother or father that does not work or is are heroin junkie or lives in a dump or whatever,etc.. they could be a decent humans. A lot of people should just have there kids taken away at brith so these kids are not in the same environment. I'm sure there are cases where a kid is eventually taken away but that kid could be old enough to be effected or be traumatized already.
