Wearing an old misfits shirt (the one with the HUGE misfits skull on the front and back, and the green logo on the front), i walked past this guy (probably around 35/36 or so), and a huge grin crept onto his face and he turned my way and said "Dude, i haven't seen one of those around in years, Misfits rule man" then he gave me the metal horns symbol and walked across the road...

ha ha, i feel proud...

he he, my Skinless "Foreshadowing Our Demise" sweatshirt gets alot of confused looks, and my worn out KISS shirts get alot of compliments.....well, mostly, "KISS Rules!!!!" hollers.

only time i got a compliment for a shirt i was wearing... was at OzzFest with my Fuck You You Fucking Fuck shirt... some drunk guy walked up to me, said "Does that say 'fuck you you fucking fuck?!' that shirt fucking rules!"

...You do realize that Quo Vadis was a movie, right? Maybe he was thinking it was to do with that?

...You wanna send me that shirt? :D

no no, he mentioned it and i think he asked me if i play bass to join his band too, so i think he was referring to the deaht metal band
and he was wearing metal liek attire

and if i was getting complimented on it in reference to the movie, it'd probably be some old lady

do i wanna send you that shirt? do you wanna send me your death SoP red vinyl?

there are a some metal heads here, but they dont live in the area i am, Queen Anne Hill is kind of a ritzy place, lot of yuppys and asshole people. most of the people in seattle that listen to metal just a bunch of numetal kids that dont know who meshuggah, or opeth, or morbid angel or nevermore are. kind of sucks.
