well so far I've found that when I try to do a search for some common word that probably shows up in every thread somewhere, I click "search" and then UM dies for a few minutes

actually I realized that so far my random searches have been working fine, but the second I go to

advanced search > search for all threads by user > my name
then the place craps out

just a coincidence I'm sure, but a CREEPY coincidence

UM has a tendency to shit out when i try to edit a post. it has happened so many times that it's beyond coincidence.

also the new fancy way of editing doesn't work for me, so obviously the connection is pretty solid. :whatever:

yeah it used to do that for me too, when i try to post, goes down for a bit, but not since the upgrade...

I'm wondering if somehow it spazzes out to our individual connections, because its been running fine all day except for that several times when I search for my threads.. then its down for ~10 minutes each time....

I could try searching again and then we all report back and say if it was down or up hahahah

but I promised UM to be nice.. so I have to play fair now
