Oh, the irony that the week of Thanksgiving 2008 would see those two releases.... =)

I had heard the first two tracks before release and bought it based on their strength. The rest is as good, very solid release and song writing all the way through. Highly impressed in the first few listens. Powerful vocals which remind me of Hetfield or an aggressive Great White's Russell at times. Certainly will make my top five of 2008 along with Metallica, Pyramaze, Firewind and Priest.
