November's Doom plays classic doomdeath, the ultra-slow, ultra-heavy kind, with vocalist Paul Kuhr supplying the typical growls, occasionally offset by some nice female soprano vocals. Though American, they have a definite European style, with My Dying Bride being a prime reference. Despite near constant lineup changes (Kuhr being the only consistent member), the band have now, with the release of The Pale Haunt Departure, have managed six releases and are still going strong
