has anyone seen the movie Donnie Darko??

i have and its the equivalent to a progressive rock masterpiece, wth an absolutely killer soundtrack, very haunting... everyone should check this film out.

I've seen it...and it is definitely weird. I guess I just didn't "get" the movie because it just ended and didn't answer any of my questions.

I thought it was excellent, but the last 15 minutes seemed very rushed, like they didn't know how to end it. Still fascinating.

uhh hmm, well its kind of hard to classify...its a dark comedy, a satire of the 80's and a time travel/philosophical film as well....i can see how people would say its confusing and all that, cuz it is, but i like the way it ends...it gives room for thought, and i think that was done intentionally. the soundtrack i have to say again, adds to it a ton.
