the bonus won't be on the american release. so for purposes of the record leaking on the net, andy's mixed and mastered it. moreover, andy said, "I'm finally finished with Nevermores new opus 'This Godless Endeavour.'" i equate "finally finished" with finished. but i'm weird. anyway, i just posted a link, not saying anything, so it was you who equated it with being finished =)
