When do you typically start attempting to contact bands, accept sponsor bids, etc to play for Progpower?

The deadline for the sponsor bids this year was 12/1/05.

that was the thread for questions regardings sponsorship. Please don't lynch me for alluding to a past thread. =D

I don't know about any of the other questions though .
