Help a brotha out? (Logo + web design)

I'm building a site for my production company/studio called Epic Sounds.

I've got no clue what to do for a logo.

It's got to fit in this WP template: http://epicsounds.ca/

Obviously I'll need some color changes as well

I'm just throwing it out there because I know you guys are more experienced and better with photoshop etc.

Probably be best to supply links to sites that you like as a basis for design... and do the same for Logos...

I can slap a generic font over a picture of bacon and that can be your logo...

Yeah, that's why I'm asking for help, I don't really know what will look good.

Looking for some creative people to throw ideas out. Something appropriate for a studio looking to attract young bands.

ha, seriously, I wouldn't advertise with "not having an amp"....the last person I remember doing that was JP22

yeah I was joking about 'who needs an amp' They're on my wish list. I do remember JP22, poor ignorant bastard.

I like the Beatfixx page, unfortunately when I update a page it seems to take forever for the change to be visible something weird with the flash/frames. And I don't have much control over everything there.

I like the sliding design better though, if I can get it all bumped up a bit so theres no scroll bar that would be nice.

If I do an amp + cab rough mockup can someone make it work?
