help!!!!!!!!! i think i've knackered my floyd!

right day 2 of having my rr3, and well the thing where u screw your whammy bar onto, its has come lose and rotates around and moves in and out a bit, is it fucked?

cos i get up to 3 days to return the thing, so maybe i could try and get a replacement

it probly just came loose, dunno, i'd take it into the store and see if they can fix it, if not then they should replace it

well i bought it online cos it was £100 cheaper, but i got till tomorrow to tell them its faulty so i can get it replaced

was talking to someone online and he reckons the whole bridge would need replacing, oh ye i did do some crazy dive bombs with it and i did try and screw the whammy on tight trying to get it to stay in place

well, the RR3 doesn't have the highest quality tremelo in the world, but it still shouldn't have broken... you should remove the back cover and look at the underside of where the bar screws on and see if you can see a nut of some kind in there, or a screw, you should just be able to tighten it back up.

fixed it!!!!! just had to take the back off and rescrew it, although now i've bent upwards too much and i gotta do it again, bloody licenced floyds

You have to do this kind of adjustment on any floyd.
