I know that there is a metal song out there that uses the exact same vocal melody as the part in bold:

Turn off your mind, relax
and float down stream
It is not dying
It is not dying

There is definately a similarity to Warped, but I think it is more to do with the vocal approach, not the actual melody.

Its just the intro huh?
As I said, I haven't heard that song for years... But as soon as I heard Tommorrow Never Knows, it reminded me of some song... and it only just clicked that it was warped for god knows what reason
