Not necessarily, I believe that they played ''To Bid You Farewell'' on there most recent tour to Australia. I am not sure which exact gig it was though.

They played it during the Lamentations tour, I saw them in Boston and I think they put it (appropriately) at the end of their set. One song I would LOVE to hear live, but never will, is Black Rose Immortal. It's my all time favorite song, it's just too bad that they can't throw a 20 minute long song into the set for obvious reasons.
