I think it's a legitimate question. It doesn't seem like a job that I would want to do pro bono though; dealing with jack-offs from time to time must take its toll.

I receive no monetary compensation for my efforts here. Over the course of years I have had the privelage to meet the band and they have all treated me very well as each member just happens to be cool as hell. However, I regularly communicate with Mike and I consider him one of my best friends. I'm one loyal SOB to the very few friends that I actually have so.... I do my job here in the spirit of "a favor for a friend". Frankly, it makes it easier to handle this job than actually getting paid for it... but that's just me. I've never mentioned it here before because I used to think on some level it would make things seem weird, but whatever. It is what it is so no sense in trying to keep it a secret or anything.
