One of my troops takes Animal stack and basically does 2 things all the time. Squats and Dead lifts. He pops a easy 500 on each. The animal stack gives him a mild roid rage though.
but yeah roids will do ya. Nutrition is a biggy. I eat six+ small meals a day to keep the old metabolism going. Every week I go up in weight in pretty much everything I do, and still lose about a pound a week. Im 6 foot and am trying to find a happy medium at about 180. But my personal goals arent too high, I would like to be able to lift 220 as my workout weight on bench (40lbs to go). Not too keen on becoming a behemoth.
