what goes on in your guys vox bus?

mine consists of

eq
maybe a waves doubler
and some hefty Vcomp

then off to a reverb it goes

I go comp, eq, depending on the vocalist, distortion etc, and then some delay that's pretty much it

Comp, eq, Delay and maybe verb on top of the delay.
Depending on whats up.
For screams comp, eq, limit.
maybe verb.

Rvox sees alot of work. Ssl e channel eq. API 2500 comp. Ssl buscomp.

Send to rverb, delay, comp, maybe chorus. Depends. Usually alot of compression.

SSL Channel Comp, EQ, Delay

Usually have most vocalists i work with double all of their parts and see how it turns out. Some guys it thickens them up nicely. Other guys sound like shit.

Smash the fuck out of them, and then saturate them. Eq and multiband comp where needed, then send to reverb and send to delay.

de-ess, compress, compress, compress some more, maybe limit, EQ if needed...typically only subtractive EQ to get rid of annoying frequencies along with HP/LP filters...then delay and/or reverb and/or chorus

My clean vocal chain lately is EQ, C1, RVox, then with a send to Sonar's Felay into RVerb.
Harsh are pretty much just EQ, C1 and maybe some limiting. I use saturation once in a while as an effect more than just enhancing.
