How to get loud master?

No worries M8 I'm glad I could help someone here.

I used a program called Har-Bal, its a stand alone program not a plugin.
I don't know that adding more mid range will be what your after, as I said taming your lows and highs will bring the mids 'up' more naturally.
I have found that an uneven frequency plot can have almost as much to do with un balanced volumes of tracks, not just how they are processed/eq'ed.

Its all about the mids and the mix.
Try and tame down the Peaks of the kick and snare somehow; whether its with a clipper or tape saturator or compression.
Something that can pull the transients in will help to stop big transients causing the limiter to duck/fuck the rest of the mix

Sick thread yall. I'm havin a very similar deal. I can get the sound I want, but everything sounds squashed as hell.
