FWIW, I used a Delta1010 (not LT) on a PC with Cubase SX2, SX3, and even VST over the last 3 years or so with no problems. Once I got a handle on the Delta software interface, it was smooth sailing.

Other than me generally not knowing what the fuck I was doing at first...

I shud really lol! I didnt realise they were so bloody huge.... Its far quicker to wait for this thread to die than me load up photoshop and ftp it all over again tho lol

Exact same hardware and software, yes. On the PC I had tons of problems with drivers, as well as interfaces that didn't like my firewire chipset...etc

I could totally see a PC laptop firewire interface being wacky for digital audio. Do you remember if it was it OHCI compliant?

That's definitely a case where the Mac hardware standardization rules.

Ditto! Took me 3mths to get my PC laptop set-up to happilly run a session, took me around 30mins with my iBook. :Smug:

Speak for yourself.....I have never had problems with setting up PC's.....but to each there I guess....
