Yeah, the eye is actually supposed to pass right over Richmond, so.... yeah. Will do if it happens. Although it will probably pass over in the middle of the night.

At least they finally cancelled classes for tomorrow. Now the second time in the last twenty years they have cancelled class, as well as the second time in my two years as a student here!

I've nailed sheets of plywood over my windows. the cats are pissed. bottled water stored in quantity, with tins of spam and fresh batteries.

It's currently dark, windy, and rainy. The actual storm should get here sometime during the late afternoon/early evening.

As for rain, we're supposed to get something like 10 inches. The university has drained several feet off of the lake to prepare for the rush of water.
