I'm feeling you Josh. I rented this apartment out for the year with a roomate but the longer you are with someone the more small things bother you, not being able to use the phone whenever, same for bathroom, having to take others into consideration, etc.

I already have a nice one room apratment picked out for September.

Also I purposely want to get a really small place so that I can't have parties anymore.
