The phrase "live and learn" bugs the fuck out of me. Why? People *don't* learn. They keep doing the same idiotic nonsense without considering any possibility at all of being imperfect.
The constant "if you don't vote, don't complain" shit that pops up around voting time is easily the best example of the non-thinking brought out by public education. If voting brought about the kind of change I want to see, it wouldn't be legal. Plus, you voters are the ones putting total assholes in charge of everything, completely oblivious to the fact that when you give an institution a monopoly on extortion it really doesn't have to listen.
Gun control. It doesn't work, it strips good people of their safety, it empowers assholes who aren't listening to laws anyway, and it's a great first step towards losing every other freedom.

What sucks is where I live they've already banned smoking from all restaurants and now they want to ban it from bars, pool halls, etc. I don't smoke but WTF?! Why the hell is the government in charge of regulating where you can smoke?! They get one step and now they're taking the next... I think we're being hacked by people enforcing their environmental, religious and moral bullshit on everyone. Another thing, I don't do drugs but legalize them and regulate them and eliminate gangs and reduce crime. It worked with prohibition in the early history of our country. Mobs were smuggling the illegal alcohol and making a killing! But I guess it's wrong BECAUSE after all, the government says what's OK and what's not and if they legalize drugs then they're saying it's OK! OMG :Smug:

I think he was talking about seeing it spelled out as "should of," though, as I have WAY more times than I want to admit...

if you can't read your manual, you shouldn't be allowed to use the software/equipment in question.... there should be penalties for it that involving caning or something.
