if i call a client and they have call intercept i just hang up and wait for them to call me back. it's almost as bad as speakerphone.

its a service that "intercepts" you when you call from an blocked phone number and it asks you to state your name and puts you on hold while it tells the person who you are calling who you are so they can decide if they want to talk to you or not.
