I HAVE A SUEING COMPANIES QUESTION

Hmm, the only way to sue companies is under tort or contract theories. So either they had to breach a contract with you or the contract itself was inherently flawed (contract), or you have to be a "foreseeable plaintiff" who would be injured by their product even if you didn't buy it (tort). Real estate brokerage companies provide services though, not products. Care to elaborate?

False advertising is one of the tort claims, and you actually have to buy the product or somehow be injured or tricked into buying stuff. Have to show some kinda damage. Probably won't work. Nice try though :)

SO WHICH REAL EASTATE IS THE LEAST LIKELY TO WORK??? SO I CAN BUY THEIR CRAP "SYSTEM" AND SUE THEM

It's not actually possible to sue companies who do these infomercials (I know, I worked for several a while back) as informercials sort of blend the line between commercial and dramatization and generally, when civil action suits are brought against a company who utilizes them, they win. Unless you could organize a civil suit of at least two or three thousand, you'd never win.
