I hope Queen's new album....

Yeah, so the studio album is out today apparently, took me by a surprise actually because I haven't been paying that close attention. Anyone hear it yet?
I checked out the single "C-Lebrity" and it's pretty damn good despite the idiotic title. I was mildly curious about this project initially, thinking it'll be cool to hear the old geezers playing some new stuff but didn't really expect it to be anything mindblowing or comparable to the original Queen's best. This song is indeed neither but as I said it is pretty rockin' stuff.

There is a rave review in the latest Classic Rock mag. I mean, really, they said it lives up to all you'd hope, and surpasses expectations. They refer to it as a perfect mix of the guys from Queen and Paul, saying that Bad Company fans will like it...but overall insist it's a very, "Queen," album.

Seriously, they loved it, and said it sits in with the rest of the records quite comfortably.

They should've called the band something else. IMO Freddie Mercury was the essence of Queen.

They had this issue with the Grateful Dead after Jerry Garcia died. The band continued but called themselves "The Other Ones".
