i think you get access to the lounge upstairs that otherwise you can't get into...not sure though. only been there once and i surely wasn't a VIP

autographed poster, admission into the concert about an hour or 2 before everyone else, access to an area that only you can go in, i think. i got VIP tickets to the July 14 NYC show... hm
