I made a shootout between the peavey 6505 and Bugera 6262

To be honest if it's just going to sound like a peavey i'd rather pay the couple of hundred $$$ more to have a REAL peavey amp made by a reliable company, with a great reputation for solid amps.

They don't sound identical. Similar, and very close with some, but not identical.

I guess Peavey makes amps that defy all odds and never go bad or have problems? They are solid, but not perfect.

As I said, my 333 has only had a single blown fuse and has been subjected to many hours of use in practice/studio time and and tour use as well as local shows. Call me crazy but that's kind of reliable
