I made it to Virginia!!!

I arrived in Stanley, VA at my new place (which is my boss's house, but with plenty of extra room for me) a few hours ago. It's a very spacious 3-story house, with several amenities, my favorite of which is an indoor jacuzzi.
Tomorrow I start work.

So one of my new job perks is that I get free room (and some free food) staying at my boss's place. As his wife and baby live in Sweden half the time, it's often just me and him in a 4,000 sq.ft house on 60 acres (oh what a drag). And when he goes to Sweden I'll have it to myself.

He's the author of the book Radical Honesty and it's spin-offs, and founder and CEO of Radical Honesty Enterprises. If he was gay he would have not only announced it but would have hit on me by now. As he hasn't, heterosexulaity is the likely assumption.

I guess that depends on how specific you want me to be as mountain ranges have... sub-categories. ANyways, those are the Shenandoahs which are part of the Blue Ridges which are of course part of the Applachians.

I'm getting homesick for the East Coast greenery. Virginia is quite beautiful. You're so fortunate to have such an inspirational view, Matt!

Very beautiful area. Virginia and North Carolina are one of the top relocation spots for West Coasters these days.. I can see why.
