I finally made it to Kirsten's bakery!!!!

Six months after meeting Kirsten, I finally made it to Sticky Finger's Bakery in DC; I live only 2 hours away in VA.
Some of you here know that I make desserts, and that I'm not a vegan.
Needless to say, I was a little apprehensive. Most things that normally aren't vegetarian or vegan, when changed to be that way, seem to be missing something.
Not the case, here!!!!
The stuff was delicious! While slightly different, it found the treats thoroughly enjoyable, and was not at all missing the "real thing."
If you're visiting Washington, DC, you owe it to yourself to check this place out and treat yourself well.
You'll be glad you did!!!
Now if only Kirsten can show me how to veganize my gingerbread recipe...

I've tasted a couple of things from it as well and holy shit, that stuff is GOOD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm not a vegan either but I would be a regular visitor there if I could cos it's awesome!!!!

I had a chocolate chip cookie, a frosted vanilla cupcake, and a Jenny's Brownie. Yummy!!!
