I made my choice

someone in another thread suggested Testament...that would certainly fit with the unexpected and controversial theme, and they certainly have the heavy hitting power that Nevermore would have had.

Or you could just get the cast of Howard Stern to re-enact the Christy Waxing...that'd be awesome too.

I was kinda hoping for A becuase then there was a good chance my friend who I've been trying to get down to Atlanta for a few years would have been there...

However, from a completely selfish standpoint D has me much more excited.

LATEST NEWS:
Brand New Album 'Inhuman Rampage' OUT NOW!
N. America release date and tour are being worked on.
Bare with us, we'll get there eventually! - DF

So, maybe Dragonforce is touring the states this fall.

Well, that would be cool, though I don't think I necessarily want to "bare" with them. :D

No clue on the headliner. (wish it could be Tarot, but think not) Gotta go check our catolog and see what ideas I can come up with. I suck at this guessing game. :err:

I am looking forward to the announcement.

Coincidentally, I just read the thread where you said that you could not get Dio. Hmmm. First you mentioned that you wanted Dio... Now you are saying you are going with choice D...

Oh, I hope this means plans have changed!

Taking chances is not bad, but sometimes who cares wins ;)

Hope D stands for Dream Theater

Glenn, that's AWESOME that you chose to say "fuck it" and choose option D!!! Noone can say that you're predictable and that you don't have the biggest cojones of any promoter around!

Hubi Meisel!!!! Now that's taking a chance, but his new disc is a killer and as far as i know he would love to play the festival. Yeah, I know its far fetched, but what the hell.

Even though I voted for "B", too...I'm secretly happy you went with "D". :D

Wow, this is going to be an interesting year! :headbang:

:Smokin:

I chose B as well but was leaning toward the surprise
element, intriguing...

Awesome news, Glenn! Way to go! You are a master at creating suspense -- my interest is truly piqued!

Now I just have to hope and pray that my dream of FINALLY seeing Enchant live is to come true. That would definitely fit into the whole unconventional and controversial theme!!!
