I currently have two iLoks; one of them came with my 003 Factory which I bought used, and one of them came with some McDSP plugins that I bought recently. I'm planning on selling my 003 soon and I want to include the iLok with it (I don't have any aftermarket plugins on there, just ones that came with Pro Tools). My current iLok account has my contact info on it, but the original owner's name as the username which I can't change.
Should I go ahead and sync the second iLok to that account, or will that end up fucking me over when I sell the 003? Ideally I would like my McDSP iLok as well as any future iLoks to be on the same account with a User ID that isn't some other guy's name.
