I'm about to attempt to make an omelette

Now that I think about there's no real way to fail at making an omelette if, when it doesn't work out, it still turns into something equally as delicious as an omelette.
 
That's true. I also endeavour for the picture perfect omelette, but the glorious thing about omelettes is that even if you mess it up, the glorious mess that remains is still just a tasty heap of awesome.
 
Kev, use olive oil mixed with butter.... when butter gets to high temperature it tends to burn and turn into 'trans fat' (which sucks)
but if you mix it with olive oil- you'll have the yummy flavour of the olive oil and butter and it will be healthier! :)


or you could just make ghee
