I'm always getting goosebumps listening to this...

Wow, I've never heard this song - this is incredible! I was totally into Genesis and Phil Collins as a kid in the 80s, but I really need to explore the catalog apparently. What album is this song from?

Genesis - Self-Titled

Holy shit, this really is incredible! Very out there, but DAMN can Phil sing...

Seriously, it's easy to forget how awesome he used to be when there's been about 20 years of garbage adult contemporary stuff from him. Back in the day he was about as metal as it gets, vocal-wise. So much range, power and aggression!

I've been listening to The Lamb Lies Down on Broadway recently... fantastical.

I always come back to listen to The Lamb and Selling England again. I still remember the first time I've listened to "fly on a windshield" and "in the cage" (from The Lamb) and "dancing with the moonlit knight" and "cinema show" (T. Banks solo is so melodic and well built... and Phil rhythms makes me smile). I was totally :OMG:
AMAZING !

Bumping this cuz the last 2.5 minutes of the song from the OP ("Mama") have got to have some of the most emotional vocals I've ever heard...damn

Did you listened to Angra's version of that song ? Is a very cool version... :kickass:
I was listening to the "Genesis" album, super audio CD remaster this week... man... AMAZING ! Love "Home By The Sea" as well.
