So I formulated the start of my plan by saying, “Guys, this place is a little stuffy, not to mention that someone needs to come by and clean more than once in a few years! Why don’t we book a hotel room, one of those huge ones?” There was a few moments of silence before Apollo said, “Sure, sure. That actually doesn’t sound too bad. Anyone else feel like it?” Both of us stood up and looked around. “Aye,” Mark agreed as he joined us.
I wanted to say something right now like “no!! I hope he doesn’t know the REAL reason why I suggested we all get a hotel room!” but instead I kept quiet and just smiled.

So it was decided. The guys packed their stuff and we started going aboard the tourbus. The moment I set foot in the bus, the smell just about overpowered me. It was a combined stench of dirty, sweaty clothes worn many times without washes in-between, various bathroom smells, and Ouzo. I stepped back on the steps suddenly, and almost bumped Bob off and onto the street. We stood there a moment. Being short as I am, I was quite little compared to Bob. I felt something poke my back, near my shoulders. I didn’t dare look back to see exactly what it had been, but I had a pretty good idea…

(hm can anyone guess what the last little bit means? )
