this has probably been answered, but, how do you use these?

Here they are, raw impulses.
I used the sine sweep found here, you have to deconvolve these raw waves to make them work as impulses.
I made 4 impulses with a sm57 into the poweramp section of my 5150:
1) On axis, on center, an inch away from the grill
2) On axis, on center, against the grill.
3) On axis, off center, an inch away from the grill
4) On axis, off center, against the grill.
I set the resonance to 7 and presence to 6.5
that's all folks

Turn on direct switch on IR-1.

Make sure you have a hot input to begin with. The volume is a little lower, but nothing that extreme. Just turn the output up. Do not change reverb time or the impulse will sound different and mix it 100% wet.

I have found that the same exact impulses sound FAR different in Waves IR than they do in any of the other Impulse programs. They all sound the same in Pristine Space, Perfect Space, SIR, etc. But I would not recommend using Waves IR unless you created the impulse in Waves IR.

Yeah, looking at the file sizes something's not quite right - I used Voxengo Deconvolver and it gave me out those files, but I just tried them in another deconvolver I've got and it doesn't recognise the .wavs files I'm busy at the moment, but I'll have a play around later and see what's up.

Don't know,
I just recorded the sine wave from waves.com website through my Marshall 1960 loaded with Vintage 30's into protools.
I'll do better ones! didn't had the time to check them.

You convert these IR's with Voxengo deconvolver? It's not work correct with waves sweep file. In result these IR's dont work.
