None, it's an 'evolution'. I respect bands such as very early Korn, early Deftones, but those are spooky core, and not nu-metal like everyone likes to label them. I doubt if bands like Pimp Bisquit and Linkin Park would exist without those though. Oh and Korn is shit nowadays.
