instrument heard in "Coil"

Does anybody know what the instrument is that comes in around 1:19 in Coil?
I know it's probably a sound created by the keyboards but I wondered what that sound is. Could it be a Bassoon?
I'm pretty sure it can also be heard coming in around 5:18 of Porcelain Heart too.
(I hear this instrument in a lot of early Camel tracks also)

I'm not the best at wind instruments, but to me it sounds like two bassoons (in a quite high register for bassoons) or one bassoon and one clarinet.

Iirc Mike said it was a real oboe.

The credits list Lisa Almberg (English Horn, Oboe). Both are double reeds like bassoons. Oboe is pitched a fifth higher.
