Interface that doesn't clip

I've the Liquid Saffire 56. The Saffire pre's clip with my PRS but using the pad fixes it.

Really depends on the guitar, honestly.

My Saffire Pro 40 clips on the Instrument input with my Ibanez SR500 bass, so I have to engage the pad. But with my ESP Eclipse II I have to crank the pres, and with my Bernie Rico Jr. it's just about right.

I have never had an issue with my Saffire Pro 40, plug in, set the input to Instrument, PAD if needed ... Done. Perfect DI's every time.
