Iron Cobra double pedal

when i bought my chain driven yamaha doube foot pedal the retailer sadly had no belt or hinge machines... but i like it a lot; it has got sleek light pedals and is sturdy nevertheless. and it was quite affordable... it must have been about 300 in $.
as for the single kick pedal with two beaters...
check out this website... imagine two bassdrums equipped with one of these each... :D:D

but i was looking around for some new equipment on the net these days, and i've met my dream...

but these babies are FUCKIN expensive.

now to the guy with the drumkit: i recommend yamaha for all purposes. they make very good (not excellent) stuff in every category thei're in (amps, drums, keyboards, motorbikes...) and are a quite affordable choice. i never had problems with anything from this company. as for the cymbals, stick with zildjan. never buy paiste, i wrecked 2 of them in short time. and with wrecked i mean cracks through the whole goddamn thing... if you are interested into something more exclusive, i would recomend ufip cymbals, but i noticed my own slightly has lost brightness after 2 years... better buy zildjan.
oh and before i forget: double bass drums may look nice, but there are several downtakes:
1. they afford space
2. on gigs there often is only one BD, meaning you have to buy a double foot pedal or carry your 2nd bass drum everywhere
3. they sound different and it is quite annoying to tune them equally

lately i fancied with an edrum kit from yamaha with real shells and skins... but alas i lack the money, but it would be fine for recording and rehearsal situations... *sigh*

well that was my gossip...

http://www.axispercussion.com/images/Axdbpdpc.jpg, how much are these , they look fucking high tech .
Oh yeh satori , I doubt i'll be in Toronto anytime soon , It's been a year or so sence my last visit so I should come up/down and see you all, I'd like to wait til this summer though .
