Is there anyone who like Therion?

I used to love Therion... they were one of my first metal bands, so I wasn't very critical. I thought Vovin was excellent and simply beautiful, at least certain tracks. They still give me shivers after hundreds of listens. On the other hand, their recent efforts are CRAP. I was so disappointed with Deggial, no passion, no atmosphere, no power. Things that make most people say Theli was their best album. Today I would probably say their earlier efforts like Symphony Masses were even better though.

Black Sun, Nightside of Eden, Wine of Aluqah, Flesh of The Gods, Eye of Shiva. what albums r they from?

Black Sun, Wine of Aluquah, and Eye Of Shiva are from Vovin. It's funny how no 2 Therion albums sound the same. I like Vovin because of the orchestra and the beautiful female vocals... and also because it was the album that introduced me to metal.

oooo ^_^ I'm gonna go get the whole album now cuz everyone seems 2 like Vovin. Therion is very dramatic and semi-atmospheric, which adds a perfect touch to metal
