Would you count this one :Smug: as a rolling eyes smiley? I dont hate the sight of it like I do that green/yellowy f**k but it looks suspiciously close to it so much that im unconvinced they are not related...

The smiley in question is more a smug smiley than a rolley. The sound a makes is "sheesh". The sound a :Smug: makes is more of a contented "hmph".
