Any fans of this band here? I find them to be awesome. I really dig their sound and vibe. Its very interesting to me.

I like them. I don't think there are very many people on this board who do. Oceanic is a cool album. If you like Isis, you should probably check out Mouth of the Architect if you haven't already.

Have you ever heard Tephra or Amenra?

ISIS is one of my favorite bands. I love how slowly their songs develop. "Holy Tears" and "Weight" are two of my favorite songs; they both just build and build, layer upon layer. Not to mention, hearing them play "Weight" live with Maria Christopher on stage was pretty much amazing (Probably the best band to ever hit San Luis Obispo).

And I forgot to mention: Their sound quality live is definitely above par. That is always a plus.

I have Oceanic and Panopticon and both are very good when I'm in the mood for them. I haven't heard any of their other material.

I should probably give Panopticon another listen. I don't recall anything from the album, and I probably wasn't even in the right mood to enjoy it.
