I am proud to announce that I was chosen as the first to receive the coveted package. I am honored! I have given the disc a quick spin and I will review it in the next couple of days. I want to give it a couple more spins. It figures I got this, the new Brainstorm CD, and the Dream Theater - When Dream and Day reunite CD/DVD plus the Number of the Beast bootleg cd in the last two days. A lot of listening to do! I just wanted to bump this up in case anybody was wondering who got it. To bad suckers! Maybe your luck will change when I pick the next person. If anybody wants to PM thier address to me, go ahead. I will get the review up shortly.

Haven't worn those in a while... been more into camouflage stuff lately... OK OK, I'll stop talking about fashion b4 6 get's on my case about being "a woosy girlie" :loco:
 
Alright people! Here it is. The CD I recieved was Dark Nova - Sivilla. It's actually a disc that hasn't been released yet, release date on it says 7/3/05. They are a Greek band described as Heavy, Power, Progressive Metal. That sounded great to me and I was excited to hear it! Well, after a few spins I like it, but I find it lacking in production. The singer kind of gets on my nerves a little also. At times he reminds me of the dude from Nevermore but more monotone. The musicianship is good and I think the guitarist has some really good chops. I can't really compare them to anyone. I don't know if I would recommend buying it. I would give it a 6 out of 10. Decent, but the production and singer really kills it for me.
