It's Election Day Eve!

you're one of THOSE people...

When you date someone that works at Sbux, you become one of THOSE people. The truth of it is, it's really not that hard to make.

The "no water" is added since for whatever reason they decided to stop making it with milk, the "no foam" you wipe off with a spoon after steaming, and the "150 degrees" is them going 'oh hey, thermometer hit 150-ish, let's stop steaming". Dude. I want a chai now...

Starbucks is to coffee what Uwe Boll is to horror movies, at least according to aficionados. That may put it into a bit more perspective.

I know it sounds conceited and "high-fallutin'", but the stuff they serve in Starbucks is more like candy-flavored hot water.

Don't get me wrong, it tastes really good...but when I think of coffee I don't think of Starbucks. I know I go on and on about this place, but there is a reason that there's not a single Starbuck's is in Italy...they are ANAL about their coffee here, as it's pretty much the coffee capital of the world, complete with snobbishness; they want authentic coffee, not sugar-coated caramel syrup in hot water. Anyone who's been to places known for coffee never goes back to Starbuck's.

France is another place for good coffee...but stay away from Germany.

yeh, the best cappuccino ive ever had was at the goddamn hotel breakfast in italy haha. BUT, starbucks is still pretty tasty if you're looking for a caffinated candy coffee treat.

See, why can't I condense my posts into shit like this? You're a wordsmith dude, haha!

That's what I'm saying...SB is really good if you like hot liquified candy in a cup. I've never said it's nasty or anything...just fake.

I need to re-iterate this, though. Stay away from German coffee...it's even more watered-down and muddy than American-style coffee.

I've always said it...Italy could fuck up a rock fight, but the few things they do well they do really, really well. Eating, drinking, and fucking and that's about it. Consequently, if you have those three things in your life, you're doing pretty well anyway.

Now if I could just get them to change their public toilets and movie dubbing.
