Yeah, I got nothing out of college beyond a peice of paper, access to lab equipment and references/job referrals.

probably. That said... we've had 3 companies come in and put up sign-in shits. It's a written exam (psych profile probably) and then 10 minute interview. Then they short list us. We've got like... 145 or so "job position offers" for our program. And 36 students, not all of whom will graduate.
