It's raining like fuck!

30 degrees in Southern CA? ... WTF?

I think all this weirdness has a lot to do with that tsunami on the other side of the world

hey NAD or other southwesterners, you guys ever been to Death Valley? a nice dry heat of around 110-120 or so ;) quite a fun place!

Vegas was hot as hell when we were there too, like 108 during the day and down to mid 90s at night... me being from Kanadia and all, i'm not used to that kind of shit!

Yeah, Death Valley rocks. I think their record is 132ºF. That is way fucking hot, hottest I've been in was probably 114ºF. Once you reach above 110º it just gets weird. Unnatural.

Also note that Death Valley gets to well below freezing, when I was there we had a fire going for 36 hours straight because it was so damn cold.

This is ridiculous.
A year of record rainfall has pushed downtown Los Angeles' totals to 28.55 inches since July 1, marking its seventh wettest season, said NWS forecaster Curt Kaplan. The record, 38.18 inches, was set in 1883-1884.

The latest bout of storms moved in Saturday, generating two tornadoes that briefly touched down in the cities of Fallbrook, in San Diego County, and Temecula, in Riverside County. The twisters broke windows, knocked over trees and downed power lines, but no major injuries were reported.
I think everyone was wrong about California getting sucked down by the Great Quake, Arizona Bay will just happen with flooding.

oh yeah, I used to own the Tool releases back in 96-97 before they were stolen. Opiate isn't all that great. I really only like the first and last songs.

Oh okay. I figured you had Undertow before but didn't think you had Opiate for whatever reason. The title track is the best, but I really really like Jerk-Off too.

They were used, so I figured why not, since I always did enjoy them. Undertow didn't age too well, tbh. It has some killer tracks, but some of it just sounds very dated. I love "4 degrees" and the title track, though. Crawl Away or whatever it's called is cool too. Swamp Song, too.

But Aenima, now that thing still sounds fresh as ever. Stinkfist, 46 & 2...damn they rule. I love the second half of Pushit, especially where he sings "You minimize my movement anyway". That whole section is just beautiful.

But I think my fave has got to go with Eulogy. Well, it's a constant battle between Pushit and Eulogy.
