It's not limited in 20 pieces. I remember that Roope Latvala once mentioned on Sinergys messageboard that it's limited in 60 pieces. Here's a good picture of it (found from Sinergys messageboard):

Yes, its bolt neck, not neck trhough. Jackson didnt make any RR-LL for Roope and Aleksi.
