I am sorry but there is NO WAY that this crybaby loser is worth 2 first round picks!! I guess the Bears are happy being less than successful..... Cutler is a completely unproven QB who plays in a shit division and can't even beat up on the teams in it.. Browns fans should consider themselves very fortunate they didn't trade for this scrub!! Especially with an unproven QB in Brady Quinn on their bench who has yet to really be given a chance to lead them.

Glad the Pats aren't mired in any of this shit!!!

This was a knee-jerk reaction by a coach who is barely clinging to his job. Kinda like Buffalo signing T.O. Cuntler has never been to the playoffs. Has a losing record and no leadership. The Bears will have their first 4000 yard passer but, also have an 8-8 record.

The T.O. signing reminds me of when the Bills signed James Lofton in '89. Lee Evans is our only real threat as a WR, so bringing in T.O. gives us a big-added weapon. Granted, the signing comes with a lot of baggage, but after mssing the playoffs for 9 years in a row, something had to be done.

I agree that Cutler is a cry-baby. The WR's in Denver are far better than the one's in Chicago. Orton & Grossman both sucked, so Chicago is getting a big upgrade at that position, but they seriously overpaid for Cutler.

If I were the owner of the Broncos, I would have fired McDaniels already coming in and screwing things up, by losing their franchise QB.

Hey Q, I hope things are good with you bro!!

Your above quote made remember that T.O. is now in our division and will have to face the Pats at least twice.... What's your take on the Bills acquiring him? Besides being a great coach Dick Jauron has a reputatuon for being a great person as well, how long do you figure before T.O.'s complaining about Losman makes even the nicest of guys angry?

I don't think that Owens will be a positive add to the Bills...... BUT, the contract is definitely pro team and not pro Owens and I have a feeling if he doesn't shut up and play the best football he can this will be his last season playing.

I am honestly hoping that the Pats don't trade Harrison to the Falcons (Rumor mill here in Boston has been saying this for a few weeks now) and that he gets to put a few whacks on Owens in the two games this year.... I met Rodney at a charity event while T.O. was ruining the Eagles and the subject got brought up and he flat out said "He's nothing but cancer and I can't stand him!! I always put a little extra on hit when I am tackling him"

So I REALLY want to see two games of that this year....I may make the trip to Buffalo this year just to be live for both games :headbang:

I hope you're kidding about that dude.. Cassel even with his limited starting time is a better QB than Cutler! We may see a Comeback Player of the Year award for Orton, cause you're right, the Bear receivers are shit but now throwing to a better class of receiver along with a proven running game might make all the difference.

Also, I really liked James Lofton and couldn't tell if you were bashing him or not..

Cassell had Moss & Welker to throw to, let's see how he does in KC. At least he has Tony Gonzalez. Both Cassell & Cutler had good years last year (statistically, at least), lets' see how they do with their new teams.

Losman is gone, Trent Edwards is the starter. Edwards asked the Bills front office about T.O. as soon as he was released. From Edwards' interviews, sounds like he's been a big T.O. fan all along (since Edwards was in attendance when T.O. caught the overtime TD during the 49ers-Packers, playoff game).

Are you kidding me, I'm a die-hard Bills fan and loved the Bills of the late 80's-mid 90's. We've been in a need for a Lofton type WR and I feel Owens could be that guy (if not better).

The first MNF game is Bills vs Pats in Foxboro. Should be a good game.

The bears have had joke after joke at the QB position , now ya finally got one. Be happy. My fucking jets got Kelly Clements i would have traded the same to get Cutler in NY.

Was Jim McMahon the Bears last good QB?

I'm glad the Jets didn't get Cutler. Rex Ryan has put together a monster of a defense, so if you guys got Cutler, you would have been Super Bowl contenders easily.
